comfortable stay,, but some improvements needed

The staff were attentive throughout my stay. The location was conveniently close to attractions, only a 15-minute walk to the gold museum. I enjoyed a beautiful landmark view, which enhanced my experience significantly.

The bathroom felt cramped compared to the rest of the room.

All fine, but neighborhood noise

I almost thought about giving this place a good review, but i just couldn't. After enjoying loud bus noises all night, i was appalled to be informed there was no landmark view room for me, just a peek into my neighbors' lives. Wouldn't a complimentary upgrade have been in order? Pathetic excuse for customer service.

Noise levels from the main road were unbearable!!! My room had zero privacy facing the neighbors, and I expected a landmark view but got a parking lot instead.

Comfort and convenience!

We loved the access to infused water and coffee all day in the lobby. And the rooftop patio made for nice chill evenings, even if the view wasn't anything to write home about. The staff were really pleasant and even jazzed up the steam room for us with herbs! The only thing was the street noise could be loud at night.

the sauna and steam room were rustic but provided a unique experience. the shower was cramped.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a unique and interesting style. The hotel is conveniently located near all the important tourist attractions. The staff was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near public transportation, including a bus station just in front of the hotel and straight down the road to the airport. the area has a lot to offer with a nice little street market and proximity to both the city center and universities. the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, and breakfast is a great way to start the day.

The walls can be a bit thin, which can create some noise disturbance.
